  • Booking & Payments

    Do I need a deposit to book an appointment?
    Yes! A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be due at checkout.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    All major credit/debit cards and contactless payments accepted (Apple Pay and Google Pay). Exact cash is accepted. However, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo are NOT accepted.

    Can I reschedule my appointment?
    Yes, you can reschedule as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to your new appointment. You can reschedule through the Acuity app or by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

    What happens if I cancel or don’t show up?
    If you cancel or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited. You will not be charged the remaining balance. However, no-shows may be restricted from booking future appointments.

  • Waxing Services

    How long should my hair be for waxing?
    Your hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for the best results. Avoid shaving for at least 2-3 weeks before your wax.

    Can I get waxed while on my period?
    Yes, but you must wear a fresh tampon, menstrual cup, or disc during your appointment.

    Do you offer numbing cream before waxing?
    No, we do not provide numbing cream. However, you may take an over-the-counter pain reliever (like ibuprofen) 30 minutes before your appointment if you are concerned about discomfort.

    How long does a Brazilian wax take?
    Our signature 15-minute Brazilian is designed for speed and efficiency without compromising quality.

  • Skin & Aftercare

    What should I do before my wax appointment?
    Exfoliate 24 hours before, avoid caffeine, and do not shave before your appointment. Clean skin with no lotions or oils is best.

    What should I do after my wax?
    Avoid tight clothing, sweating, hot showers, and sexual activity for 24 hours. You’ll receive an aftercare card with detailed instructions after your appointment.

    Do you offer treatments for ingrown hairs and hyperpigmentation?
    Yes! We offer aftercare treatments to help prevent and treat ingrown hairs, irritation, and dark spots in waxed areas.

    Do I need to fill out a consent form?
    A: Yes! All clients must complete a consent form before their first appointment and every year following.

  • Arrival & Late Policy

    Is there a grace period for late arrivals?
    Yes, there is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

    Can I bring a guest or child to my appointment?
    No. To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed unless approved beforehand.
